The hours are long, and the workload is unpredictable. We are new to the company, but the expectations are very high.

The team is large. they are helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice people, introvert-friendly environment, and the physical space is beautiful.
It's an introvert-haven, with a beautiful space and lots of quiet places to work.
People wanna get the work done
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to be better educated on the business and make betterr decisions. Team members need to be less arrogant

The recruiters are transparent about the process.
