Nice people, introvert-friendly environment, and the physical space is beautiful.

It's an introvert-haven, with a beautiful space and lots of quiet places to work.

People wanna get the work done

Everyone has an "in it together" attitude and is willing to help out on projects that were not strictly their's to help the team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership needs to be better educated on the business and make betterr decisions. Team members need to be less arrogant
