There are good opportunities for development.
Working here for more than 2 years and overall my experience is excellent. I have amazing colleagues and my direct Manager is absolutely the best. Working remotely gives me a very good work-life balance. However I would prefer to meet with the team periodically.
We are all professionals trying to help senior management steer the ship.
Worse people I have ever see ..bunch of nepotism in play ..Mexicans and Ukrainians ..They have some product managers from KIEV before war working as Cosmetics Product Manager ..Really don't understand what she was doing in Openstack /Kubernetes product ..And she she got this job as PM .

What's the office vibe like at Mirantis?
Depends on the office. Sunnyvale is too corporate, need to go back to the startup roots. Austin is rocking. Prague is a fire cracker. Germany is distributed and rocks. Tokyo is small but highly energized and impactful. Poland has some of the smartest technical folks on the planet. Ukraine is young, energized and fun.
What are you most excited about working at Mirantis?
We are working with the word's most impactful customers on reinventing the way they consume IT. It is no longer the experiment - it is real production, at massive scale and all over the world. How cool is that?
