What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good for the market that I work in.

It is a very competitive package in the Bay Area!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalue company and FBI and government agencies should actually review Mirantis reason being bunch of employees are from Ukraine and company culture is very war prone .Anyone who doesn't sync will get tagged .Also for homeland security company run by Russians should be scrutinize .
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can work independently, but still support each other.
Everyone minds its own business.
We are all professionals trying to help senior management steer the ship.
Very open-minded and ready to help if needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are encouraged to speak up, ask questions, propose new ideas and solutions.
I like that there is a small group on Strava where employees share their sport activities, managers encourage professional development through various trainings, etc.
My peers are awesome. My manager is also great. Everyone else? Not so much.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a chance to speak to a couple of persons from different departments, so I could get a feeling for the company culture, my future tasks etc.
The recruiter communicated clearly all the hiring process and kept me updated with all the stages
Had very good knowledge regarding new steps awaiting me during the interview process.
