Managers don't really care so you'll never feel valued unless you can somehow find a way to stay with the company. The work isnt hard, so it matches the pay but depending on weather the pay is definitely not worth it. But the pay isnt a liveable wage.

With the multiple roles I play I feel I'm due for a raise but not a raise that makes me feel that this is monotonous. I would like to feel more valued and involved with how my store runs.
