It was comission. I had more UWC signups than anyone in our town. Our benefit plans are nice.
Vision care is great, health insurance is great, and they match 401k higher than most entry level jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers don't really care so you'll never feel valued unless you can somehow find a way to stay with the company. The work isnt hard, so it matches the pay but depending on weather the pay is definitely not worth it. But the pay isnt a liveable wage.
Better benefits for non-managerial staff

With the multiple roles I play I feel I'm due for a raise but not a raise that makes me feel that this is monotonous. I would like to feel more valued and involved with how my store runs.
