They are open door access, available by phone text and sometimes on vacation. They want everyone to be successful in there role.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at not having autocratic leaders promotes individual control over all decisions with little to no input from group members. Autocratic leaders make choices based on their own ideas and judgments and rarely accept advice from followers.
