open communication is the name of the game
The leadership team needs to get better at not having autocratic leaders promotes individual control over all decisions with little to no input from group members. Autocratic leaders make choices based on their own ideas and judgments and rarely accept advice from followers.
taking off/ not supportive / not helpful
we have an employer paid pension
Adding more work responsibilities but not being compensated. Hiding behind "duties as needed" is not acceptable.
they don 't pay well
We work well together despite that VP and Supervisor try to make unnecessary contention and discord. We are thoughtful of one another's values and beliefs.

Followers should be allow to submit an annual review of their leaders to identifies what is working and what is not. CEO and CFO along with HR needs to review the behaviors and leadership skills.
educate and be nice to the little people
The HR person really drilled in to my past experiences
Teach Supervisors and Managers not to voice their complaints and issues with the department.
The work is great--I really help people and my co-workers are wonderful
