Mr. Scott L. Bowser has been Vice President Global Operations at Modine Manufacturing Company since July 2017 and served as its Vice President of Asia and Global Procurement since May 2015. Mr. Bowser served as Regional Vice President of Asia at Modine Manufacturing Company from July 1, 2012 to May 2015. Mr. Bowser served as Regional Vice President of Americas Operations at Modine Manufacturing Co. since March 2009. Mr. Browser is a 11-year Modine veteran and served as Managing Director of its Brazilian operations. Since joined Modine in 1998, Mr. Bowser has served in numerous operations and management positions, including Plant Manager in Pemberville, Ohio and General Sales Manager -- Truck. Prior to Modine, Mr. Bowser served in increasingly responsible leadership roles in operations, sales and general management and ultimately as president at The Pierce Company, an automotive and industrial engine components manufacturer. Mr. Bowser holds an undergraduate degree in physics and mathematics from Anderson College and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
