I'm doing work that I'm good at, and I get recognized for it.

I liked meeting several different people, and that each interview was relatively short and to the point.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership trusts their people to do their jobs, and they consistently make decisions that are good for business and good for us (employees).

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work exclusively with kind, high-performing people (others get let go or never hired) from Modus, and when we encounter a client who is... let's just say NOT... it's easy to let it roll off my back because I am so well-supported internally.
