Everyone tries to be the best at what they do, but at the same time are open to collaboration, teaching and sharing knowledge. A true meritocracy.

A great blend of vision and leadership that is supportive but at the same time open for people to shine in the manner that they do best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because everyone is awesome, we build great products, we have a shared sense of achievement, we have happy clients, and overall it is a great place to get to the next level in your career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt that people were actually looking at who I was, not just my skillset - looking for the personality traits I have that make me good at what I do, not just whether I worked at Google or whatever.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus package is very fair and while they don't offer stock, stock only really matters in companies that are planning to sell - which they aren't. And they share profits when we have good years (which we generally do). They are do their best to provide the best health care and benefits for remote co
