What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very young, so it is easy to quantify the stages of their development and it is rewarding to play a part in bringing them along, and in trying to create a positive culture to reach our goals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid well for what is expected of me, and for what my role requires. My pay is reviewed as regularly as I would like and has been raised regularly since I joined. I am not a US citizen but am paid competitively as if I were, and I think that is the fairest possible scenario
