Pamela H. Patsley joined MoneyGram International, Inc. (???Company???) in 2009. Ms. Patsley was Chairman and CEO of the Company from September 2009 to December 2015 and Executive Chairman of the Company from January to September 2009. She serves as Chairman and CEO of First USA Fncl Svc Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Patsley served as Senior Executive Vice President of First Data Corporation, a global payment processing company, and from May 2002 to October 2007, Ms. Patsley served as President of First Data International.
