My manager and another coworker make the day horrible for many of us.

Respectful, great people skills, but NOT MY MANAGER, TOTAL OPPOSITE OF THE REST IN CHARGE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Opportunity to go out of network with insurance. Very inconvenient for me to see Doctor on day off when I live 1 1/2 away.
