What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very good
They listen and take action.
They are direct and forthright while akso profesdiobal and respectful.
Trying to move towards a more progessive business model, but still very rooted in a conservative financial institution culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Replace the current leadership team with honest people who have a vision.
Set clear goals for their employees and implement straightforward career path for progression
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Year end bonuses can be a nice touch but inconsistent.
Its a stable stock I can rely on
Sales targets are well thought out and achievable. Leasership will spend money to invest in future success

They are all solid experienced people
Most people are hard working, however sometimes inter team collaboration is minimal creating confusion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of coworkers at a similar career phase allows you to find people you want to be around, and a few slightly older coworkers who can mentor you.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Asked to do a real sample of the work I'd be doing but asked to do so on site during the interview instead of as a take-home
Well organized by HR department. Well defined rules.
they made it a very relaxing interview and made you feel comfortable

Opportunity to work on special projects that fit my unique skillset
Exposure to the new technologies.

nothing really wrong but I'm getting close to retiring and really can't wait for it to become a reality
