Blair L. Worrall — Senior Vice President of Ratings Delivery & Data at Moody's Corporation

Mr. Blair L. Worrall has been a Senior Vice President of Ratings Delivery & Data at Moody's Corporation since February 2013 and served as its Head of MIS Operations, Data & Controls since February 2016. Mr.Worrall served as Head of MIS Ratings Transaction Services at Moody's Corporation since January 2014 Until February 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Moody's Corporation from April 20, 2011 to February 2013 and its Vice President of Internal Audit from September 2007 to April 2011. He served as Vice President and Controller of Moody's Investors Service (MIS) from November 2004 to September 2007. Prior to joining Moody's in November of 2004, he served as Vice President, Accounting of RCN Corporation from July 2002 to November 2004. He previously served as RCN Corp.'s Head of Internal Audit and its Director of Internal Audit. Prior to RCN, he worked for Dow Jones & Company, Inc. from 1979 to 2001 in various capacities in their financial group, after starting his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse & Co in 1978. Mr. Worrall holds an M.B.A. from Rider University and a B.S. in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey.
