Mr. Mani served as Senior Director of Offshoring at Zapip Corporation (alternative name Pipal Research Corporation). He served as Senior Director of Strategy and New Initiatives at CRISIL Limited. Mr. Mani served as Senior Director of Offshoring Business at CRISIL Limited. Mr. Mani served as Senior Director of Offshoring of CRISIL Irevna UK Limited (alternate name Irevna Limited). Mr. Mani served as Director of Business Development-Ratings, Director of Product Development and Director of Rating Criteria of CRISIL Limited. He has two decades of career at CRISIL and worked across ratings, independent research, consulting and offshoring businesses in managerial and analytical positions. He set up and expanded CRISIL's offshoring business to be the largest and No.1 Ranked KPO firm in the world. He led large teams of analysts in the ratings business and set up many other businesses within CRISIL including CRISIL's Corporate Governance Ratings services and crisil.com. He is a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to a Certified Public Accountant in the US). Mr. Mani has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
