Ms. Linda S. Huber has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Moody's Corporation since May 16, 2005. Ms. Huber has executive responsibility for Moody's global finance activities, including accounting and financial reporting, tax, treasury, business planning, investor relations and internal audit. Ms. Huber is responsible for Moody's information technology, global communications and corporate services functions and The Moody's Foundation. She also is responsible for global corporate development and human resources operations at Moody's Corporation. Before joining Moody's in 2005, Ms. Huber served in several increasingly senior roles in financial services. Ms. Huber served as a Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President at U.S. Trust Company, a subsidiary of Charles Schwab & Company, Inc., from 2003 to 2005. She was employed at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Ms. Huber served as Managing Director at Freeman & Co., where she headed up the financial services practice from 1998 to 2003. She served PepsiCo as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development from 1997 to 1998 and as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer from 1994 to 1997. She was PepsiCo's assistant treasurer, where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, risk management and cash management. From 1991 to 1994, she was a Vice President in the Natural Resources Group at Bankers Trust Company and was an Associate in the Energy Group at The First Boston Corporation from 1986 to 1990. She has been a Director of Bank of Montreal since April 4, 2017. She served as a U.S. Army Captain in the Seventh Infantry Division and Sixth U.S. Army from 1980 to 1984. She received two Meritorious Service Medals and is airborne qualified. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Ms. Huber received a B.S. (with high honors) in Business and Economics and Finance from Lehigh University in 1980 and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business at Stanford University in 1986.
