Mr. Michael S. Crimmins, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Moody's Corporation since July 31, 2016. Mr. Crimmins joined Moody in 2004 and is Managing Director and Assistant Corporate Controller. In his new role, he responsible for Moody's global accounting and financial reporting, including tax, internal financial controls and regulatory reporting. Mr. Crimmins held positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Accounting from University of Southern California. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
