What are some of the best things about your team?The people in our team is the reason we stay at Morgan. But even that is becomming not enough.
What makes you most happy at work?Getting good results when people put the effort in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We promote health and safety as a priority and our EHS manager puts this into practice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to the people at the lowest levels to give whats needed to meet the demands from corporate. Theyre changing things that look good on paper but do not actually work in practice. Unhappy hourly leads to poor products and poor quality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They don't listen.they never help only threaten w termination if you don't send ever plate to the buyer even when they know they are bad plates
