Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I found out that others with my same title are paid more than I am though I often manage upwards and performing tasks that are outside the scope of my job description (and are actually in the job description of those I'm managing up)

Make it way shorter and stop including people who will not work with or impact the candidate's career.

diversify the interviewers, provide context about why MC is hiring, discuss office culture honestly, openly and thoroughly discuss compensation and how it works
Ensure that candidates are speaking with diverse employees rather than 3 straight white men and one straight white woman which is typical in the interview process.

Leadership must resign and experienced leaders must be brought in from the outside.
The entire c-suit and the majority of the VPs and AVPs are straight, white, men.
