Mr. Chris Boruff has been the Managing Director of Business Operations at Morningstar Inc. since January 23, 2014. Mr. Boruff served as head of Information Products at Morningstar Inc. from 2013 to January 23, 2014 and its President of Software Division since January, 2009 and also served as its President of Advisor Software. He served as President of Advisor Business of Morningstar Inc. from 2000 to February 2009. He joined Morningstar in 1996 as product manager for Principia, Morningstar 's CD-ROM-based investment research and planning software for advisors. From 1997 to 2000, he served as senior product manager and Head of Advisor products at Morningstar. Mr. Boruff holds a bachelor's degree in economics and psychology from Northwestern University.
