The leadership team gets it for an inclusive environment and culture.

Decision-making skills. Employee well-being. Understanding the needs of their team.
Supporting women of color, allowing employees to work remotely, improving pay equity across the Iorg. Everyone knows they are not being compensated and the smart people will leave

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bi-annual appraisals which is adequate
Fair compensation for the role
We have lots of stipends to spend on education, which is great and stimulates me to learn more. I've never had that before.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is really high and salary raise has not addressed those concerns
Having meaningful base salary, performance-based programs that actually provide good long-term pay opportunities, equity program is now nonexistent.
Salary not on par with other compaines offering similar services. Yearly increments are not great either
Equal pay to my male peers and pay for managing others.

Incentive, motivation, and competent leadership
Work together as a team. Too people telling you different things. One person said do one certain thing and someone else tells you to do something different.

It's a positive, upbeat ambiance. Very caring and community-oriented. I believe folks want to see you be successful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ship software and don't take more than 20 years to do it
Dramatically increase resources and compensation. The current situation is total ridiculous. There is nothing like Morningstar's frugality anywhere in the financial services industry.
