Mr. Daniel Dunn, also Known as Danny, has been Chief Revenue Officer of Morningstar, Inc. since January 2017 and is responsible for sales philosophy, strategy and execution. Mr. Dunn served as Vice President of IBM's Midwest Enterprise Unit, responsible for sales, marketing, strategy, channels and customer service in the region for the complete IBM portfolio, including cloud, software, services, systems and IBM Credit, LLC. He previously held several sales leadership roles at IBM, where he developed a strong background in solutions sales, client service, sales operations and go-to-market strategy. Before joining IBM in 2007, he led sales, account management and client service at Neology, a software and technology services division of SmithBucklin Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in business administration, with concentrations in marketing, strategy and managerial economics, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
