Male dominated, very low pay compared to market rates, business focused on areas of investment management and finance that are not the most cutting edge or exciting. Lack of internal movement combined with very little employee diversity makes this a very unhealthy environment.

Having meaningful base salary, performance-based programs that actually provide good long-term pay opportunities, equity program is now nonexistent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting women of color, allowing employees to work remotely, improving pay equity across the Iorg. Everyone knows they are not being compensated and the smart people will leave
