Inflation is really high and salary raise has not addressed those concerns

Having meaningful base salary, performance-based programs that actually provide good long-term pay opportunities, equity program is now nonexistent.

Salary not on par with other compaines offering similar services. Yearly increments are not great either

Work together as a team. Too people telling you different things. One person said do one certain thing and someone else tells you to do something different.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Ship software and don't take more than 20 years to do it

Dramatically increase resources and compensation. The current situation is total ridiculous. There is nothing like Morningstar's frugality anywhere in the financial services industry.
