What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I'm a newer hire that was hired with a specific title and to my knowledge was suppose to lead. Instead I am severely micromanaged and over ruled.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Would like to be moved into a department that will allow me to do what I was hired for.
