It's strange. Even though we are appreciated publicly at times, it seems like that's all that matters to our executive team. Something like other perks don't matter or incentives when they actually really really do.

I know what my colleague makes. I think because I told them a minimum in a vunerable time in my life they wanted to meet the minimum and said "I'll get paid more here than anywhere else I've worked" which is false... I've made 60k + commission before. But, I truly love MV.

I would like a bigger base since we aren't predictable with commission yet. A larger base would allow me to be patient. I love working here, but at the end of the day my family will need to come first if we can't prove to be consistent in sales.
