I know what my colleague makes. I think because I told them a minimum in a vunerable time in my life they wanted to meet the minimum and said "I'll get paid more here than anywhere else I've worked" which is false... I've made 60k + commission before. But, I truly love MV.

I have heard what my counterpart makes and there was a specific conversation that has been stuck in my mind since training. If I do share more details, I'd prefer it be with my direct manager.

I would like a bigger base since we aren't predictable with commission yet. A larger base would allow me to be patient. I love working here, but at the end of the day my family will need to come first if we can't prove to be consistent in sales.
