Working at the branch was difficult but since moving to the corporate building in loan servicing I have found the qualities I desire in my manager and team. I feel much more connected and supported, even working from home.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Where I work I feel supported by staff, direct management and higher ups. If something goes wrong I always have someone to go to for support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really do care about me individually. I have met several higher ups that work at corp and have come to my branch to meet my team. I am at the bottom on front line and each of us have received gifts from the top and we feel like they value our opinions and answer to us.
