What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they genuinely care about their employees. There is no elitism. They participate in New Hire Orientation with all new employees, eat lunch with us in the cafe, and keep their doors open. There isn't separation between "them and us". They will fight for their employees.

My salary is fantastic, an 8-15% bomnus each year is an amazing boon, the Cafe is world class, and flexible work schedules. Benefits like a well-run start up with the pace of a large bureaucratic company.

Energy team members have in serving the member and ensuring they have the ability to meet their financial goals and dreams. Happiness abounds and people are very helpful towards one another. Unity around a strong vision.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the focus on values and key behaviors that were infused into the interview questions. The transparency of job expectations was very accurate. The focus on culture was inspiring.
