I have nothing but good things to say about working at MPOWERD thus far. All of the people are full of positive energy, and that is definitely a product of the environment that the leaders have cultivated here.
As a new employee, so far my experience has been wonderful! There is a lot of work to be done, but the team is very supportive. Not only is the product amazing, the management team cares about its employees and has a great mission!
Onboarding was great and meeting and talking to management and peers has bean a great and encouraging experience
As a new employee, the onboarding experience has been incredible organized and productive. The leadership and team members are all so helpful and an open-door policy when asking for help. For being a small company, they accomplish big things - it's truly impressive.
