Everyone seems to be driven by the same mission. It is very fulfilling and refreshing to be working for a company that prioritizes community involvement.

It feels like a team. We may not always agree on things but we're comfortable with one another enough to share our thoughts and ideas. The way that our leaders invest their time and efforts to driving success here, makes me want to come to work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very transparent about their mission and expectations from the very beginning stages of the interview process.
Friendly team members and great feedback
Everyone was interested in what I had to say. They asked many questions about me to ensure they were getting the right person. They were not just trying to hire a warm body.
The conversation was flowing naturally
I love that I was able to engage with the Founder, CEO, CFO and Controller of the company during my interview.
