What do you like best about the leadership team?
Actually listens to their employees
Its a pleasant enviornment that i enjoy
The leadership team listens like I have not experienced before. We have a lot going on across departments, but they offer time each week to share company updates and progress toward the strategy.
Totally transparent. Communicates to us often and shares strategies with the whole team. They have done a great job managing through COVID world.
Lots of opportunity to try new areas and work with great clients. They like people that step up and are willing to take on responsibility and you will get rewarded for it.

Inclusivity and company events to encourage bonding
Supportive team and fast growth opportunities to grow if you are driven.
Lots of social interactions balanced in with workload. Opportunities for you to make great friends.
Great activities and have made lots of friends there.

Gave great insights into company and position
Multiple interviews with direct leader and peers.
Interviewed with too many people.
it was a typical process, but met with lots of team members before saying yes.
The communication was fast and helpful. Very nice HR team.
