What do you like best about the leadership team?
quite supportive, great to work with.
There is a disconnect between the C level says and what they do with regard to their understanding of the daily life of the majority of employees.
Overall a very good people and they have your best interest at hard but are limited by corporate actions
Benefits are good and welcoming team

What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is good, allows me to save in addition to fulfilling costs
There is good vacation time and the health benefits are not horrible. It is a high deductible that you have to reach before anything kicks in
Salary and commission is very good
All of the bonuses and benefits
Pto and holiday time off is just right
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary could be higher

We are like a family
Team work, customer obsessed, clear vision
The collaboration to drive improvements throughout the business.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very accepting of all different types of people.
They try to be inclusive however I believe it is overly so
Work hard and then play hard! MRI always works to keep employees engaged
They want us to have fun & work hard, finding a balance!
