Customer service. Very hard to reach an actual person at the company.
The 'culture' is more progressive and lower management are hands-off (less likely to micromanage). Pay is VERY low compared to other similar sized companies. An OK place to get footing before going off to companies that put their money where their mouth is in terms of valuing employees.
