Dawn Darino-Gorski — Senior VP, Controller & Principal Accounting Officer at MSG Networks

Ms. Dawn Darino-Gorski has been the Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at MSG Networks Inc. since September 30, 2015. Ms. Darino-Gorski serves as the Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller of Madison Square Garden Network. Ms. Darino-Gorski served as Vice President of External Reporting and Consolidations of the Registrant since February 2010. She was responsible for the planning, coordination and preparation of the Registrant's quarterly and annual financial statement filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and ensuring that the Registrant's consolidated financial results are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Prior to this, Ms. Darino-Gorski held positions of increasing responsibility within the Registrant's finance organization. Before joining the Registrant in December 1996, she served as Senior Financial Analyst and Manager of External Reporting at Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Ms. Darino-Gorski began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.
