Poorly We have a bully in our department and she hasn't been fired yet, even though she's been reported to HR and repremanded. They also fired someone in my department, then the HR rep came to collect his things and said he was "separated from the company". Then the HR rep took the next day off so no one would ask him about it. Very, very strange. They're nice people, but HR is not there to help you, they're there to help the company.
