What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Good to work with.
They arent hard to get in contact with. Lots of hands on teaching.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring we are all here for one reason and thats money, we risk our lives working with cancerous material whike your cozy in your office. I bring home 40,000$ a yr at 23/hr please atleast give casting a raise of 31/hr bring is up to what a foundey worker makes. You made record profits!!

Great stock options and bonuses have signifcantly improved

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes i do. Not everybody can do my job theyre scared of getting burned. So where over worked and under paid. I love my job but have to do triple the wokr due to port huron casting not being able to retain anyone at 23$/hr please anyone reading this help us!! Please give is what is fair not.50$

Pay had increase minimal at best over 20 years. No longer have cost of living raise. And the raises we do get still are way below cost of living and inflation
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best workers who care for your safety and would loon out for you. We never get oaid for training .75 cents an hr we dont tbink thats suffice t for the line of work we do but we know its a dangerous castign shopnso we look oit for eachother. Our salary is the lowest in the city

Tough to get everyone on board with “standards” when the “standards” are borne of sketchy, regulatory lo

Everyone is inclusive. We all work toward common goals.
Although it can be tough, very positive and uplifting staff
Inclusive culture of all people of different backgrounds and everyone is positive

Profit sharing makes all employees seek positive results
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the sketch and require critical insurance related data be done by competent, licensed professionals
Better pay and respect and safer enviroment

Mumtiple employers interviewing. Didnt like that no union representive was present why?
Very conversational. Was not tough and I was not drilled with questions. Great people to talk to.

The potential that muellers has as a company. The history in port huron as well make me proud to work where my peers great grandparents have worked
