They are Good to work with.
They arent hard to get in contact with. Lots of hands on teaching.
Get it done in a hurry
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring we are all here for one reason and thats money, we risk our lives working with cancerous material whike your cozy in your office. I bring home 40,000$ a yr at 23/hr please atleast give casting a raise of 31/hr bring is up to what a foundey worker makes. You made record profits!!
Think long term, not just next quarter Wall St earnings
Communication, respect for employees and an understanding of the work we do
