I feel raises could be better. Being a top performer should equate to a higher annual pay increase
Base salaries are way below market and management/HR don't care
Bonuses have been minimized to two a year and they are strictly up to management
If they would stop taking stuff away from us that might help. We used to have outstanding benefits and now we do not. We can't even get a luncheon like we used to for milestone anniversaries.
Need a better way to advance. The cuts here have forced all of us to work long crazy hours without any end in sight. Promotions are few and far between.
