The company needs to embrace employees with knowledge and work experiences.

Stop with the crazy changes for no reason! So much time spent getting executives up to speed or waiting on an executive to be available or having an exec make arbitrary changes that create giant ripples in the organization and add no value. Very disheartening. Let people do their jobs!
