Branches are closing down. Positions are being eliminated. Customers and employees are afraid the bank is going under
New management that actually has a vision and can implement it. Be consistent would also help.
Establish a culture of mutual respect while fostering careers of hardworking, valuable employees under the management of competent, compassionate individuals who strive to lift people up into a successful team of people who truly do want to go to work each day.
Due to multiple changes, my skill set no longer matches the work that needs to be done. I am doing tasks and activities that I did 10 years ago. I am not growing and there is no opportunity to do so. Leaving very soon.
