What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great co-workers who know what they are doing as they are seasoned professionals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been with the bank for many years and the interview process was fine.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New management that actually has a vision and can implement it. Be consistent would also help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team with the exception of my managers and the division head have been with the bank for many years and know what they are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would stop taking stuff away from us that might help. We used to have outstanding benefits and now we do not. We can't even get a luncheon like we used to for milestone anniversaries.
