Munchkin is an extremly toxic culture. The executive staff is the leading cause of turnover.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Toxic work enviornment! Stay away and take teviews seriously! CEO controls all decsions, kills collaboration with fear and everyone just goes along with it. They do not have a brand strategy and they think that product reviews are a performance indicators vs. actually buying real data.

Very nice and polite people
