open to change but strategic and empathetic in approach
diverse, open, respetful and leading thru strategic acumen
Very nice and polite people
Then leadership team just goes along with whatever the ceo's ask is, which is gernaly irrational and anger driven. The e-team dismisses the ceo's behavior as "that is how he is" which just perpetuates the fear based culture.
Literally everything. Not firing employees for your moods.
Treat employees with respect. Work smartly and get rid of the managers the are inappropriate and think it's okay to be rude to people in meetings.
Have the people managing you actually know the scope of work you are doing. PMO team is atrocious.
Learn it is not okay ever to be abusive to employees. Going to HR does nothing.
Stop dating each other and bringing your personal drama into the workplace.

There is an inflation. Don't pay what people were making 5 years ago. Considering the work load you need to pay people more.
Compensation does not make up for inflation or them making employees commute for no reason with these gas prices it's nuts.
The equity compensation is a joke, and the benefits arepoor compared to industry standands. You are a baby company and your mat leave policy is only 3 months long. Big CPG conpanies are 6 months - 1 year in case you need a refernece.
Compensation is used as a weapon. Only those that kiss the queens behind are compensated or acknowledged for their work.
Zero consideration for the volume of work. PMO manager would pull you into 1 hour meetings. So people then are expected to work overtime and have zero work life balance.
Don't pull people into hour long meetings and then be shocked why the work isn't getting done. Poor work life balance.
Nice and very smart assoicates. Im very confused as to why people are willing to put up with the executive team culture.
The workers are great to work with. Its survival of the fittest find your tribe fast.
Toxicity mainly comes from the E-Team. Coworkers are amazing and talented.

values driven and beautiful office space and many activties that bring people together
Great co-workers. Abusive management and HR.
Made toxic due to manager who is abusive.
Toxic work environment and abusive manager.
The ceo needs to recognize that he does not have the skill set to scale this company. The executive team needs to stand up to the ceo's "tempertantrums" to stop irrational decsion making verses just going qith his irrational asks and derailing their days focused on solving the wrong problems.
Stip the drama and clean house in the VP and above level.
The monarchy needs to be destroyed. Treat your workers with respect and dignity.
involvement at all levels and objecitve criteria based on skills and values
The people that i interfaced with were lovely and vwry smart. Dont let that fool you the ceo is toxic and egotistical and he runs his employees like puppets beause people are scared.
The in person with one of the managers asked the same questions as online. It's a waste of time all across the board. Only reason might be for a personality test but that is still creepy.
There is no need for someone to come in in person for an interview. Do it online. Also don't ask the exact same questions you asked on the first interview. It's insulting to the person being interviewed. Clueless.
Don't interview a potential employee a second time and ask the exact same job questions. Have respect for others.
The thing that makes me most happy at work is my incredible team.
PMO team is essentially ineffective and bottle neck instead of helping. Process is inefficient. The work environment is toxic. Supervisor would take unnecessary jabs at co-workers.
Need people that understand how to actually build a brands. Innovation is one way, but it is not the only way. Additoanally strategies are not based on data or consumer insights. The ceo has actively chosen to ignore data points and make other decisions that the team disagrees with based on his mood
