What do you like best about the leadership team?
open to change but strategic and empathetic in approach
diverse, open, respetful and leading thru strategic acumen
Very nice and polite people
Then leadership team just goes along with whatever the ceo's ask is, which is gernaly irrational and anger driven. The e-team dismisses the ceo's behavior as "that is how he is" which just perpetuates the fear based culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Zero consideration for the volume of work. PMO manager would pull you into 1 hour meetings. So people then are expected to work overtime and have zero work life balance.
Don't pull people into hour long meetings and then be shocked why the work isn't getting done. Poor work life balance.
Nice and very smart assoicates. Im very confused as to why people are willing to put up with the executive team culture.
The workers are great to work with. Its survival of the fittest find your tribe fast.
Toxicity mainly comes from the E-Team. Coworkers are amazing and talented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
values driven and beautiful office space and many activties that bring people together
Great co-workers. Abusive management and HR.
Made toxic due to manager who is abusive.

What did you like most about the interview process?
involvement at all levels and objecitve criteria based on skills and values
The people that i interfaced with were lovely and vwry smart. Dont let that fool you the ceo is toxic and egotistical and he runs his employees like puppets beause people are scared.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is my incredible team.
