Very smart people who are dedicated and work hard.
Everyone is a very high performer
Clearly care about the organization, the team, and clients. There is no toxic competitive environment where success is a zero-sum game
The majority of people are willing to help you with getting through your questions.
We have a fun group of team members who have come from different backgrounds, and we all sit close to each other without anyone being too loud. Our VP periodically surprises us with a different team building activity to spice things up and help us bond as a team.
Great people. All hard workers and very empathetic.
One of the smartest and most accepting teams I've ever worked with. They are open to feedback and ideas without being jerks.
