I've been here for more than three years. All companies have birthing pains, but it's been an absolute delight to watch MyArea Network succeed and grow year over year.

Being given options for different positions depending on my interest and capabilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the tickets to pretty much every event in town is the largest perk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a thirst for knowledge. Nobody wants to be wrong, but nobody has an issue with being corrected and learning a new way to do things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO and COO's doors are always open. If we have concerns about clients, policies, or even just a bad day, we are welcome to speak to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to use a skill set that I have been trained to have by this company, to enhance this company and our prospects. Being able to contribute at large is very exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willingness to work with employees to enhance skills and clients to make sure we can accomplish their goals. Our CEO is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. He just wants to help people and businesses.
