I would say the tickets to pretty much every event in town is the largest perk.
Offers unlimited earning potential and always room to grow in other roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This executive team doesnt have what it takes
MyArea Network is a small business/startup so the lower pay is expected but so is greater opportunity as the company continues to expand. Benefits are in the works and should be available soon but I cannot say I am completely satisfied until they are fully available

It is a startup so you go in knowing the pay will be lower. Though you go in knowing doesn't mean you have to be happy with the compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every week, the team has three different meeting. Weekly catch up on Tuesday morning, Lunch and Learn on Thursday with guest speakers and Friday wins at the end of the week to celebrate the wins of the week.

Asa mentioned the multiple weekly meetings keeps the morale high as we all celebrate each other's wins and learn about new topics together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed into an internship position and then was hired at the end of the internship so my experience may have been a little different but the interviewer was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable during the interview.

The vision of the CEO/Leadership team is what drives the company forward. I have no doubt that we will continue to grow and be a dominant force in the industry.
