What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed into an internship position and then was hired at the end of the internship so my experience may have been a little different but the interviewer was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable during the interview.

It did not feel as intimidating as most interviews and instead more relaxed and easy to understand the bigger picture of the company.
It was more of a casual conversation rather than a rigid interview which leads to a better outcome in my opinion

Being given options for different positions depending on my interest and capabilities.
It was friendly and not confrontational.
I met with people who made it feel less like an interview and more like a conversation! I loved how casual the interview was and yet they asked me questions that really pertained to what I do now!
That I was treated with respect and honesty.
The conversation easily flowed which allowed me to see how working at this company would be. There was a great energy within the interview process.
