Asa mentioned the multiple weekly meetings keeps the morale high as we all celebrate each other's wins and learn about new topics together.

The environment is laid back and comfortable but not too much that people get lazy or disrespectful. Everyone is working towards the same goal & works together to achieve that goal! Hard working but laid back at the same time - perfect mix!

Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
We are always having fun at MyArea Network! We have weekly Lunch and Learn meetings where we are taught more about the company and where it is headed in the future! After, we eat lunch provided by the company.. We are always encouraged to chat and discuss what we're working on with each other!
Our CEO genuinely cares about each of us, not just as workers but as people.
It is laid back but efficient. We get stuff done but it is not a strict or harsh atmosphere. We have fun while we work.
